When I was spending my summer holidays in Italy, I was surprised by the way Italians spend their spare time together ,and have lots of fun dancing and singing. There, it was really noisy. The atmosphere was unique. But ,at bottom, that could mean everything. That was the first thought after a kind of doubt in the simplicity of this phenomenon and the reliability of the first impression. For example, this way they can hide the dark part of their lives full of dramatic experiences about which we have no idea as tourists. When it comes to our awareness, all these loud sounds are becoming our point of curiosity. We have finally a chance to analyze e every single voice we are able to hear.
When it turns out that even half of them aren’t the result of spontaneous laughing or cheerful calling to join the festivity, our willingness to stay here for a longer time can, surprisingly for us, exchange to a strong feeling composed of a fulfilment and certainty that we are in the best place for the moment. That may awake a memory of a kind of freedom that we had been looking for in the past, before we lost the clear vision of its place among our needs.
